QuickBooks connection support

For connection issues, include whether the panel shows Sandbox or Production, the time of the error and the affected company. Do not include OAuth tokens or Intuit credentials. An authorised administrator or director can disconnect QuickBooks from the Payroll Ledger integration panel.

Security concerns

If you suspect unauthorised access or accidental disclosure, contact us immediately with “Security” in the email subject. Avoid forwarding sensitive data beyond what is necessary to identify the affected account.

Service response

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within one business day. Security and service-access reports are prioritised according to impact.
